ASM performs Manufacturing and evaluation of required composition high purity standard samples with exceptional homogeneity and ultra-low (up to 50 ppbw) content of interstitial impurities for special applications in analytical techniques:
ASM R&D employs EB casting, EB zone refining, and high vacuum levitation melting to prepare metal and alloy products with ultra-low level of oxygen, nitrogen, and carbon. Prepared materials and samples are subject for further instrumental or radiochemical activation analysis.
