Purity and composition evaluation

ASM R&D offers broad range of purities for metals, alloys, compounds and ceramics from commercial (99.5-99.9) to ultra high purities(99.9999) ,counting up metallic traces only. The Company can also offer activation analysis evaluation services for the samples with ultra low content of interstitial impurities(up to 50 ppb).


To rule out misplacing mistakes and double check incoming materials and product output, X-Ray Fluorescent and Emission Spectrography analytical tools are routinely used for alloy composition control. To meet most customers specifications we could provide the following trace element evaluation procedures and submit proper analytical report with the each product shipment.
