- Most vendors could accept custom material orders on the basis of ''Best efforts'' only or could not fulfill the orders at all.
- Conventional metallurgical techniques do not fit to our specific manufacturing objectives because of its scale parameters and projected cash-flow, generated on R&D orders.
Our Expertise
The key strategic assets of ASM R&D are:
- Twenty five years of real manufacturing experience in the field of high purity and specialty metals and alloys for airspace, nuclear, microelectronics, and photonics industries.
- Our unique, proprietary, all-purpose multichamber and multicrucible electron -beam melting and continuous casting equipment.

We can produce up to 30 different metals and alloys at the same time utilizing 7 vacuum melting chambers with a possibility to run electron-beam, high frequency levitation,vacuum-arc, vacuum plasma and vacuum induction processes to produce ready to roll slabs with purity from 99.95 to 99.9995.
These technology advantages give us an opportunity to reduce substantially production related and operating costs and to generate additional profitability growth
Our cast and roll technology chain supports final product yield in the range about 85-90% of raw material input, which is much better than industrial average.

specification and maintain high quality standard, while working with metal powder compositions:
Hot and Cold Isostatic Pressing, Vacuum Hot Pressing, Sintering, Fluid-Pressure Extrusion.
