Product warranties and liabilities.

Claims - Any claims concerning incorrect material or defective quality can be accepted within 10 days of delivery and handling. Our liability for any such claim shall not exceed the cost of our defective product replacement free of charge, or crediting the customer with the invoice value thereof.

Exclusions - All conditions, warranties and representations regarding the quality and fitness for purpose or state, size, shape and structure of products supplied whether expressed or implied by common law of statute or otherwise are hereby excluded. We shall not be liable for any damage direct or consequential arising from the use of our products shipped to the customer.

Warranties - The Company's products are sold without any warranty, express or implied. The warranties of merchantability and of fitness for particular purpose are excluded. Customer's remedies are limited to replacement of the defective material. All other remedies, including any claims for consequential damages, are hereby excluded.
